Without further ado, I’m delighted to inform all of our guests — that we’ve officially booked the absolute best in the business to handle our music and entertainment for our wedding. I repeat this with the utmost confidence, that Douglas and Eddie are impeccable and at the top of their game. I’ve personally rocked it out with these guys at weddings, engagements and restaurants that are fortunate enough to book them. Mexico needs to make way — I can guarantee no band has rocked Cancun like Doug and Eddie will. Ladies, if you haven’t been to a Doug and Eddie party before, be ready to embrace yourself.

We’re pleased to announce that after some rigorous research, we’ve officially booked our photographer for the wedding! Elizabeth Medina of ElizabethMedinaPhotography.COM has been extremely prompt and very kind in all of her correspondences with us. But let’s get real — being kind doesn’t win you jobs these days. It’s her stunning portfolio that completely won Michelle and myself over.

Good things come to those who wait. And wait indeed is what we did.
It took Michelle roughly -3- weeks to touch base with a wedding coordinator over at Dreams, Cancun. After much anticipation, we opened our e-mail which stated Saturday the 17th of 2009 was already booked for a large wedding. Michelle and I decided to immediately reply back to see if Sunday was available. About 3 business days later we receive an e-mail giving us only the available dates for January 2009, mostly falling in the range of mid-week days. Boy were we disappointed.
But wait, it gets better! Michelle was informed by other couples who’ve had their wedding at Dreams to have the coordinator check again, as she’s quite the busy lady and as a result, might overlook something such as a date. To our relief, we were given 2008’s schedule.
It’s official. Set your calendar’s for January 18th, 2009! We’re going to Cancun!!!
This is an exciting time in both of our lives and we’re thrilled you’re a part of it. I’ve created this page to keep all family and friends apprised of updates.
